This movie was wonderful. Meryl Streep was awesome, as usual! I really enjoyed this film……the entire cast was wonderful.

this blind, obnoxious RapTerrA obviously does not know what art is about, first let me point out that Meryl is more humble than 90% of the actresses out there, she does not behave like a star or a legend and when she holds her head up in a movie, it’s because her role requires it, however you’ve watched few of her great performances since you say that and don’t use the word “hate” it means u’re lonely and unwanted… and most of all that you know nothing about movies in general.

Ugly? Please. If you rate an actor on how they “look”, go watch a Hillary Duff film or perhaps Vanessa Anne Hudgens. Because…aesthetically pleasing as they may be, vanity, is part of every role they take on and to be an ‘Actor’ you should delve into a character fully and frankly I don’t think a Mother Superior Nun back in 1930’s New York would really care what she looks like, thus Meryl not being as attractive as she normally is in this film.

Have you seen any of her films? Try and view them with an honest eye - you might be surprised. Don’t judge unless you seen her movies. Try the “Deer Hunters” One of her many great performances. “Sophie’s Choice” - or “Kramer vs Kramer”.. - Her talent span more than 30 years. She is not your typical Glamour Movie Star you expect. She is a wonderful actress who can ACT and does accents that no one can so expertly. That is why she is considered one of our greatest actress of our time.
